Keep Reading,  It Only Gets Better.. or Not

  As a blogger, we have access to numerous novels not yet released. It’s like putting a kid in a candy store without a parent in sight and it is absolutely glorious. I’m so grateful for those advance reader copies because if I want to read a brand new story every day, I can do so. Even with an endless supply of advance reader copies, a continuing story in a established series draws me in even more. Why you ask? Sucker for a Series - Shifters by Rachel Vincent

  The Shifters series by Rachel Vincent is one of my all-time favorite series. The reader is taken on a roller coaster ride of emotions. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll probably want to scream and throw the books across the room. The Shifters series follows the werecat shifter Faythe Saunders and her family through a tumultuous period. I think what initially attracted me to the series was the mafia-like pride structure of the werecats. The power struggles were both fascinating and frustrating for me.
